The case state of Madhya Pradesh v. Deepak, the victim Jyoti Sharma an employee of central bank in Madhya Pradesh, she committed suicide because she was cornered for repayment of loan from central bank which was not taken by her , the respondent Deepak forged her signature and got the loan from bank further he harassed her to make her repay the loan, this case was first heard by a special judge Neemuch in HC of Madhya Pradesh , the HC discharged the respondent, the appeal in SC on March 13,2019 stated the respondent is guilty and strongly quashed HC of Madhya Pradesh for giving unduly judgment further charges against the respondent was issued by SC under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [“Penal Code”] and Section 3(2)(V) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Section 397 CrPC, Section 107 IPC.
